Federal Judge Fitzgerald said of the U.S. Trustee "It appears that the watchdog needs watchdogging". Another Federal judge testified before a Congressional committee that the office of the U.S. Trustee was "A pack of Dogs". I'm not sure how much faith we can put into an audit of their offices function, when it appears they have failed to take actions in the Worldcom death threat matter, along side Eliot Spitzer, who at the time was Attorney General for the State Of New York and had a copy of the transcript wherein the whistleblowers attorney delivered such threat. Stay tuned, because like the eToys crimes, the Worldcom crimes will not go away.
