Welcome to the Bankruptcy Fraud Resource Center weblog.
For many years, legal professionals, debtors, creditors and the interested public have gone without a central resource center for news, commentary, analysis and assistance on the subject of bankruptcy fraud. My intention is to end that drought with this weblog. I have devoted much of the last 10 years of my professional life to this subject and this year published the nation's first comprehensive treatise on bankruptcy crimes entitled "Bankruptcy Crimes Law and Procedure." (LRP Publications, 2006).
As this blog grows (it was born today), I sincerely hope and expect that it will become the primary legal resource on the web for bankruptcy fraud information, analysis and commentary. I hope that it proves helpful to you and I know that it will improve with your comments and suggestions.
